Can I change my items?

If you want to request a return, you must do so from your profile, going to the returns section and fill in the form with the email, order number and reason for the return.

Once we receive the return, we will verify the good condition of it and we will carry out the refund of the amount in a voucher to be exchanged in the online store without expiration.

How to request a return?

You must first access your account.

Select ‘Order Status’.

Next, enter the order ID (order number), and the email with which you registered on the web. Press ‘Continue’.

 

Select ‘Refund Request’

 

And finally, describe the reason for the return and hit ‘Send’.

 

This generates an automatic email, and as soon as they review it, we will give you an answer to process the process.

What should I do when it is a size change?

The garments purchased on our website can be exchanged for the same item when the change is due to a change in color or size, as long as we have stock on our website, and no more than 15 days have elapsed from the moment of purchase. receipt of the article. For exchanges for another model, a return must be managed.

If you want to make a change of size, you must place the order with the size you want, and in the ORDER NOTES section indicate that it is a change of size to be able to process the collection of the 1st order, which has a cost of € 4.95 in Peninsula, and € 7.95 in Portugal. As soon as it arrives at our facilities, the return will be effective within a maximum period of 7 days.

What is the deadline to make the exchange or return?

The exchange or return period is 15 days from receipt of order.

Do I have to pay anything for my return?

Returns for defective or erroneous items are always free. In all other cases, the buyer will bear the costs of the transport company.

What should I do to give the item back?

For the return to be effective, you must send us the garments in the original conditions of sale with their original label and the packaging received through the means of transport you choose:

Planning a collection at the address in the peninsula with our means of transport, at a cost of €4.95 (if you want to request a courier, you must indicate this on the same return form, and in order to request the collection we need you to indicate the address, full name and telephone number, once we request it, you will be notified by mail). The cost of collection in Portugal is €7.95. The cost of collection in the Balearic Islands is €8.95.

    Returned items will always be the responsibility of the customer, until they arrive at our warehouse.

How will I receive my refund?

When will I receive the amount for my size change?

After approving the change of size (the items must be in perfect condition, have the interior labels and packaging), you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be paid within a maximum period of 7 working days.

Remember that the credit card payment always depends on your bank.
